Access to our training courses
- Remote language training (telephone, videoconferencing) and e-learning platforms are accessible to all disabled people with reduced mobility; however, they are not yet adapted for the hearing or visually impaired.
- For face-to-face courses, training is adapted for the hearing or visually impaired. For face-to-face courses on our premises :
- The La Défense site is equipped to welcome disabled people with reduced mobility.
- The Charron site (Paris 8th) is not equipped to accommodate disabled people with reduced mobility.
CPF & disability training
As part of the French law on the freedom to choose one's professional future, special arrangements have been made for people with disabilities.
The CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation - Personal Training Account) is increased for people with disabilities.
1. disabled people in ESAT (établissements et services d'aide par le travail) establishments with employee status with an amount of €800 per year (capped at €8,000).
2 Employees with qualifications up to level V (CAP) enjoy identical rights.
3 Beneficiaries of the obligation to employ disabled workers (BOETH) are entitled to an additional €300 to facilitate their professionalization.
4. disabled employees will be eligible for the CPF TP (CPF de transition professionnelle), with no 2-year seniority requirement.
